Weber Olcese was founded in 1996 by two entrepreneurial attorneys, Jeffrey Weber and Michael Olcese, who aspired to create a law firm dedicated to providing innovative and aggressive legal representation to clients in the areas of retail and commercial debt collection. The lawyers realized early on that their success depended on the firm’s ability to distinguish itself from others by cost-effectively providing superior legal representation, result-oriented programs, personalized plans of action, responsive client service and flexible fee structures while adhering to the highest legal and moral standards. Significant investment was made to use cutting-edge technology and employ experienced and motivated people. This young, energetic spirit propelled Weber Olcese into one of the state’s largest and most respected collection and creditors’ rights law firms.  Today, we represent many of the same individuals and local businesses we did ten years ago, as well as major, national corporations, banks, financial institutions and lending companies.
